History.
In October, 2002 Chaim Ash and Yuri Volodine cultivated an innovative idea for the electronic measuring devices of construction and adjacent areas.
A year later Michael Kovtun and Leonid Novikov joined the promising project. Primary financing from the Ministry of the Industry of Israel was received in January, 2004 and a second grant in August, 2004.
The preliminary demonstration model of the QuickSurveyor™ Real Time Local Positioning System was exhibited at the New Technologies Exhibition in Tel-Aviv in July, 2005.
In July, 2006 the Targetech Innovation Center made an equity investment to establish EZ2CAD Ltd.
